Would someone PLEASE get back to me about the sourdough directions in the artisan bread book? Three of us tried to decipher it and cannot figure out the storing, maintaining part. Do we take some starter out of the jar and replenish it each time? Is the basic starter always kept in the original jar and replkenished each time? How does this jive with the one 4th lb. piece kept in the freezer? HELP!! The recipes look wonderful.
